      Batting first against Paraparaumu 2nds at Kena Kena Park grass pitch the Manawatu-Foxton  

         batsmen showed more application to bat through to the 45 over declaration to be nine down           for 207 runs. Steven Thomas scoring 43, Tim Sayer 33, Sam Stevens 29, Barry Peta 26 and 

         Steven Mattock 15. Extras also scoring well with 46.

    Paraparaumu lost wickets regularly and were dismissed after 33.4 overs for 102 runs. Bowling for

         Man-Fox. Steven Thomas claimed 4-13 off 9 overs, Barry Peta 3-30 off 6.4 overs, Tim Sayer

         2-9 off 8 overs and Perry Thomas 1-22 off 6 overs to complete the wicket-takers.

    A win to Manawatu-Foxton by 105 runs.
