Saturday, 14th January, 2012.

     Manawatu-Foxton C.C. vs Waikane C.C. 20/20 game played at Donnelly Park.

     Waikanae batted first and were 140 for the loss of 4 wickets after their 20 overs. Tim Sayer, 

              Steven Mattock and Steve Thomas all claiming a wicket each, with the fourth wicket a

              run out. 

     Manawatu-Foxton's Josh Parsons smashed 5 sixes and 10 fours for a great 103 runs, being run

              out trying for a single to win the game off the last ball of the innings. Man-Fox. 140 for 7

              wickets. No other batsman reached double figures as Parsons thrashed the bowling.

     A loss to Manawatu-Foxton by losing more wickets than Waikanae.
