           Manawatu-Foxton won the toss against Levin All Stars at Donnelly Park No. 1 artificial pitch and elected to bat first. Manawatu-Foxton batted through their 45 overs to be 355 for 3 at the close. Haydon Bramwell was the first wicket to fall with his score at 116 and the team score at 182 after 26 overs. Stacey Thomas was the next to be dismissed scoring 66 runs and the total at 254 after 34 overs. Tony Tatana lasted long enough to score 9. Steven Thomas and Jason Gwynn batted through to the 45 over mark with Steven Thomas Not Out on 84 and Jason Gwynn Not Out on 44.

           Wayne Blackbourn destroyed the Levin All Stars batting line-up taking another 5 wicket bag (5-26) off his 9 overs. Justin Greig and Perry Thomas bowled well to pick-up 2 wickets each and Jesse Thomas claimed 1 wicket.

           A win to Manawatu-Foxton by 249 runs.
