Presidents.

Manawatu-Foxton Presidents traveled to Waikanae park to play Waikanae and were transferred to the artificial pitch as the grass pitch was waterlogged. Waikanae won the toss and elected to bat first and batted through to be all out on the last ball of the 45th over for 270 runs. All the Man-Fox. bowlers took a battering with Captain Tom Thomas taking 3-52 off his 9 overs, Evan Smith 2-56 off 9, Wayne Blackbourn 1-37 off 9, Hayden Bramwell 1-43 off 9 and Liam Forward 1-73 off his 9 overs.

Manawatu-Foxton lost their first wicket at 98 when Hayden Bramwell was caught for 52, then lost Stacey Thomas for 28 with the score at 116. No. 3 batsman Tom Thomas (38 not out) tried to hold the innings together but lost wickets at the other end and Man-Fox. were dismissed after 41 overs for the total of 197.

A loss to Manawatu-Foxton by 73 runs.
