Presidents continue with a win over Waikanae Black.

Waikanae won the toss and put Man-Fox. into bat on the grass pitch at the Otaki Domain. Stacey Thomas and Haydon Bramwell set the scene with an opening partnership of 169 runs in 32 overs, before Bramwell was caught just short of his century for a well compiled 98 (2 sixes and 14 fours).

Next to go was Stacey Thomas bowled for 57 (6 fours) with the score at 199 after 37 overs. Tony Tatana (21) was next to depart and Jason Gwynn (36) kept the score racing along with Marty O'Brien (10) before both being caught. It was left to Simon Read (8*) and Justin Greig (13*) to bat Man-Fox. through to the 45 over declaration to have Man-Fox. post the score of 278 for the loss of 5 wickets.

Chasing the mammoth target of over 6 runs per over Waikanae lost their first wicket at 24 and continued to loose wickets regularly but managed to bat through to 43.3 overs for the total of 116 runs all out. The wickets were shared between the Man.-Fox. bowlers with Captain Tom Thomas claiming 3-13 off 6 overs, Tony Tatana 2-22 off 7 overs, and Jono Van Echten, Justin Greig, Evan Smith and Marty O'Brien all taking 1 wicket each.

A win to Manawatu-Foxton by 162 runs.
