Presidents: Batting first against Kapiti Old Boys Black at Donnelly Park No. 1 Manawatu-Foxton  were all out for 189 after 34.3 overs. Chris Winiata (43), Jordan Thomas (15), Tony Tatana (70) Craig Vertongen (34) and Steven Thomas all scored runs at the top off the order to have Manawatu-Foxton 177-5 but the middle and tail enders could not bat the team through to the 45 overs for a larger total.

Wayne Blackbourn 25-2 off 9 overs and Steven Thomas 24-1 off 9, opened the bowling and soon had KOB in trouble at 10-3. A middle oder fight back by KOB saw them at 140-6 and a late flurry by the tailend saw the score through to 160 all out after 43.2 overs. Evan Smith destroyed the batting taking 19-3 off 3.2 overs, Tom Thomas 37-1 off 9 overs, Tony Tatana 42-1 off 9 and Jason Easton 11-1 off 4, were the other successful bowlers.

A win to Manawatu-Foxton by 29 runs over KOB Black.
