Senior A:-

                 The final round of the 1 day competition saw Manawatu-Foxton up against Kapiti Old Boys at the Paraparaumu Domain. Man.-Fox. batted first and lost early wickets but some productive partnerships between Josh Parsons (35) and Haydon Marshall (40), then Haydon Marshall and David Schlup and a late order partnership between David Schlup (54 not out) and Marty O'Brien (6) saw Man.-Fox. through to a reasonable score of 169 all out off 47.4 overs. Five of the batsmen failed to score.

                 Manawatu-Foxton looked to be in the hunt for a win having K.O.B. 3-50 off 12 overs but the K.O.B. batsmen saw their side through to victory in the 42nd over to reach 173 for 6 wickets. David Schlup taking 2-40 off 10 overs, Tim Sayer 1-33 off 8, Mike Smith 1-29 off 9 and Josh Parsons 1-10 off 4 overs, were the successful wicket-takers for Manawatu-Foxton.

                 A loss to Manawatu-Foxton by 4 wickets.
