Senior A vs Weraroa C.C. @ Donnelly Park No. 4.

                     Manawatu-Foxton lost the toss and were asked to bat first at Donnelly Park No. 4 Grass pitch against Weraroa. With the the loss of two wickets for 17 runs Man-Fox struggled to post a reasonable score and were all out after 40.3 for 118 runs. Joseph Whareaitu top scoring with 28, Kane Duffy 23 and Josh Parsons 20 were the only other batsmen to feature.

                    Weraroa lost an early wicket but batted through to stumps after 59 overs to reach 168 for 5. Wicket-takers for Man-Fox were Myles Sayer with 2-41 off 13 overs, David Schlup 1-48 off 18 overs, Steve Mattock 1-21 off 7 and Scott Rogers 1-22 off 11 overs.

                    Weraroa lead by 50 runs on first Innings.
