A vs Paraparaumu C.C. @ Kena Kena Park (1 Day 50 over

Paraparaumu
won the toss and elected to bat against Manawatu-Foxton
at Kene Kena Park, Paraparaumu. The loss of the first
wicket with the first ball of the day saw Pram on the
back foot from the start and with some excellent bowling
by the Man-Fox bowlers Pram were all out after 22.4 overs
for 46 runs. David Schlup taking 4-21 off 10 overs and
Myles Sayer, Steve Mattock and Scott Rogers all claiming
2 wickets each.
Chasing
the very modest total Man-Fox lost Josh Parson for a duck,
Karl Read for 6 to put some pressure on the rest of the
batsmen. Joseph Whareaitu 14, Kane Duffy 21 and Mike Smith
6 saw Man-Fox through to the win for the loss of 4 wickets.
A win to Manawatu-Foxton
